In May 2011, two mild-mannered casting directors in the great Metropolis of New York City, started collaborating to fight the never-ending battle for truth, creative justice, and casting. Their way. With each project, Jen and Robin established a team structure not only between them, but with their national and international clients. With that core ideology, J&R creative was formally launched in May 2012. J&R creative serves as an umbrella that embraces, fosters, and develops innovative storytelling on a global level. Fusing their casting expertise in film, television and theatre, J&R continue to discover some of today's most notable talents. With their insight, they help creatives further develop their ideas with a multicultural spin, and create opportunities for talent who crossover between various areas of entertainment.

Casey Modderno, Official Selection of the New Orleans Film Festival, NY Shorts Fest, LA Shorts Fest); Commercial: "The Power of the Everyday Effect" featuring Lee & Morty Kaufman (NY Casting Associates, Dir: Damien Drake,). Theatre: The world premieres of Neil LaBute's Over the River and Through the Woods (Dir: Glory Kadigan) and Winter Miller's This is How (Dir: Gaye Taylor Upchurch) for One Acts For A Cause for Safe Horizon, and the new musical Sunfish (Dir: Will Pomerantz, Winner of DIMF's Best Musical Production). Currently, Jen and Robin are casting "The Art and Life of James McNeill Whistler" for PBS, andthe new musical Folk City.
